methods of payment, Payment is done via Paypal or Ko-Fi. I require the payment upfront.Prices can vary based on Design Complexity, Changes etc.For Vtuber Models i accept Payment Plans.

Vtuber Model Terms

These are extra terms for the Vtuber Models and Rigs ;
Major design revisions during the drawing/rigging process are an additional charge.
At this time i offer Model+Rig Bundle commissions! If you only need one thing please message me so we can negotiate the price.☆ not having a reference sheet/design done is an added charge to the commission (negotiable)
☆ You will receive the first sketch after approximately 3 weeks EARLIEST.
☆ Once the sketch is approved i will start the process of making the model, i will send an update once i'm done with Outlines and the Basecolors. This will be the time for Revisions if needed. (Same goes for rigging)
☆ If you have a Reveal/Debut Date and people shouldn't see the model yet, let me know in advance so i wont post WIPs on my social media.
☆ On another Note: Everything WILL be used for my portfolio and posted on social media unless other wise stated!
☆ After payment you are free to use the model however you like, according to the commercial license.
☆ You may NOT resell the model and rig if you decide not to use it/graduate etc.
☆ I do NOT allow my art to be re-rigged by someone else. If you just want the art and someone else to rig it, let me know so we can negotiate.I will NOT change or add anything on the Model once I start the Rigging Process. (negotiable)

Clients are allowed to use the art or model for commercial activities, including streaming or advertising.☆ Clients are NOT allowed to redistribute model or art files publicly.
☆ I DO NOT approve of my art being put in anything AI related!!
☆ Using my work REQUIRES credit to my Twitter and/or Ko-Fi page where people can see!
☆ I reserve the right to amend my terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
☆ I reserve the right to reject commission requests.
☆ I will update clients with progress as often as possible.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy:
You are free to ask for a refund if these conditions apply:☆ If there is no news about the commission after 5 weeks of payment
☆ If you received an estimated starting time but there have not been news about the process/sketch 3 weeks after the stated date.
☆ If the sketch is not done after 2-4 weeks of contacting you
☆ i will NOT refund once i started the process of the commission, you received the sketch and the above points havent been violatedBy commissioning you have read and agreed to my TOS and Refund Policy.

about me ; Hi im Yuks! Ive studied Game Art, from 2021 to 2023 where i focused mostly on character design. I have knowledge in both 2D and 3D character creation. Next to my studies i learned how to rig with Live2D.
For fun i sometimes like to stream on Twitch. I love playing video games (especially league of legends) and just creating character designs.Currently working towards to become a freelance artist for illustrations, character design and vtuber models.
